The privacy policy apply to use of AskMeGreen.com, AMG, services. By visiting AMG, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access AMG's services.
AMG collects, uses and discloses information submitted by you. This Privacy Policy describes the information collected and how the information may be used.
To register and use AMG, you accept the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy and the User Agreement. You expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information.
AMG does not sell or rent any personally identifiable information to any third party.

Information Collected.
Personal information is collected for operational use. Personal Information is used to provide the user with appropiate services and features.
Completeing and submitting any of the forms on AMG provides us with personal information. Use of our services requires you to provide us with your name, address, phone numbers and other personal information as needed. Minimally required information is indicated on forms.
Financial information is required to purchase some posting services on AMG. Financial information collected includes credit card information, card holder's name, address, expiration dates and other information, neccessary to bill you for your use of our services. You may opt for AMG not to save your Credit Card information for future purchases. In this case, AMG may keep a minimum amount of your credit card information to track purchases, but not enough to reuse after completion of the initial transaction.
AMG may collect your browsing and site navigation history including browser type, referring URL, exit URL, and IP address.
AMG uses "cookies". "Cookies" encode data on your hard drive to track frequency, navigation and session use. A "cookies" duration on your harddrive varies from the length of your direct use on AMG to an automatically generated, future expiration date. "Cookies" use maybe declined by you. If "cookie" placement is declined, your use of AMG's services will be limited.
"Cookies" may be placed by third parties, i.e. advertiser. AMG does not limit the use of cookies by third parties.
AMG collects information on your posting and browsing behavior.
AMG collects feedback from other users regarding their interactions with you.
AMG collects your messages and feedback for other users.
Correspondence including emails and letters relating to your use of AMG may be collected.
How Your Information is Used
AMG uses your information to process your request for services and resolve problems.
AMG reviews your information to enforce the User Agreement.
AMG correlates your information with other user's information to identify users using multiple accounts or aliases.
AMG uses your address and billing information to bill you for purchases and provide support.
AMG accepts product orders that are "drop-shipped" from suppliers. In this case, your name, shipping address and phone number may be provided to our supply partners.
You agree that we may use your information for our operaitonal needs including marketing, promotions, analysis, site improvements, and services.
You agree that your information may be used by AMG to contact you and deliver information including advertisements and notices. By accepting the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information. You may opt not to receive these communications by editing your account information reqarding receiving Promotions.
Disclosure of Your Information
Your information may be disclosed due to legal perogative, unlawfull intercept, site misuse or other means. AMG uses industry acceptable practices to protect your information. Your Information may not and you should not expect that your information, will always remain private.
AMG does not sell or rent any personally identifiable information to any third party.
AMG may provide information to third parties based on aggregate dissection, populations, and subsets of users' information.
Certain information, such as your name, email address, password, and financial information, are not disclosed to third parites.
AMG cooperates with law enforcement inquiries. At our sole discretion, AMG can disclose any of your information to law enforcement or government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability.
Minors
Minors (under the age of 18) are not eligible to use our services.
Other Users' Information
AMG exchanges limited information between a buyer and seller. User information to facilitate the transaction includes Usernames, e-mail addressses and other information that may be neccessary.
AMG's User Agreement outlines your agreement on how you may use other users' information obtain through the site or comunication. AMG licenses the use of other user information to you only for: (a) communications directly related to a AMG activity, (b) unsolicited commercial messages are expressly excluded, (c) accessing AMG services, and (d) other purposes that are expressly agreed to by the user. You must provide other users the option to review and delete their information you have collected about them. It is expressly prohibited for you to disclose another user's information to any third party without our consent and the consent the other user after adequate disclosure.
Spam is expressly prohibited. You may not assemble and use an email or address list from AMG sources. Reported offenders may have their user acccount suspended or revoked. Report spam to AMG@AskMeGreen.com.
Password Security.
Your password and username are uniquely assigned to you. All transactions and fees using your username and password are your responsibility. Do not disclose your AMG password to any third parties. You may change your password at any time.
Viewing and Editing Your Account Information.
You may view and edit your account information by logging on, accessing the edit Profile link and submitting your new account information. Your Username is unique and cannot be changed without an explicit request to AMG and our verification. You can change your email address, contact information, financial information, boating profiles and preferences. You must promptly update your information if it changes. Limited changes are allowed for postings. Feedback and messages may not be changed without explicit request to AMG.
You must explicitly request to AMG for the deactivation your account. Deactivation will commence as soon as reasonably possible based on your account activity and other factors.
Deactivation and editing does not neccesitate complete deletion from our databases and files. Account information will be retained but where possible, limited from general use.
Other Information Collectors..
Information disclosed to other parties in conjunction with using AMG's site and services is not covered by this privacy policy. AMG does not control the privacy policies of third parties. You should review third party privacy policies before disclosing your personal information to others.
Site Seccurity.
AMG employs industry standard practices to secure our databases, files and user account information. Current technology will not provide for absolute security of internet materials. AMG will be vigilant in maintaining security practices to minimize the event of data loss and unauthorized access.
Notices.
AMG may amend it's Privacy Policy at any time. All amended terms are effective 30 days after posting. Privacy Policy change alerts will also be posted on your logon page .
