United States Constitution - Plan for a Green America
The United States Constitution and Founders provide numerous lessons for solving our present day Green problems.
The order laid out in the Constitution to solve problems is first with your family, next within your neighborhood, community, town, county, state and last, only when all other efforts have failed, by the US Government.
This hierarchy was carefully blueprinted by the founders because it was recognized over 200 years ago that the US Government is very poor at solving problems. This holds even more true today.
Think about it; the last person you want solving your problems is somebody not from your family, not from your neighborhood, not from your community, your town, your state..
Why would you entrust important decisions to the US Congress, the Federal Courts, the US Bureaucracy when you have the ability and power to solve them working with people you know?
Get involved, exercise your civil duty, ensure your inalienable freedoms and rights, and the freedom of future Americans.

COVENTRY, RI - Allco Renewable Energy Group Limited LLC has plans for the largest solar energy project east of the Mississippi in Coventry, on land that gained notoriety in the 1970s as an illegal hazardous waste dump. The illegal dumping at the former pig farm was discovered in 1977 when the site literally exploded into an inferno that reportedly could be seen for miles. The Brownfield area became Rhode Island's first Superfund site.
Allco will unveil details of the $45 million solar-energy farm it proposed for 90 acres of the former Picillo Pig Farm in western Coventry.
The solar field would produce an estimated 6 to 8 megawatts annually - enough electricity "to power a small town," said Allco.
About 10 acres in a back corner of the 100-acre site are still under remediation by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, which has worked for decades to clean up an estimated 10,000 drums of hazardous waste that was illegally dumped at the site more than three decades ago.
Allco's development of the site would not unearth any hazardous materials.
